CEC PIER IAW (DRRC) The cement industry is very energy intensive. Past research indicated that the application of DR strategies to the cement industry is feasible, but depends on the characteristics of each facility. This project, in the final stages of completion, is a scoping study for preliminary analysis of DR potentials of cement plants in California.
